Card is best.

Most of our trailers (like our 1.8m and 2.5m boxed trailers) can be towed with a standard Code B license. However, for our larger double-axle trailers or loads exceeding a GVM of 750kg, you may require a Code EB license. Please check your license or ask our team if you’re unsure.

Yes, basic insurance is included in our daily rates. Please note that an insurance excess applies in the event of an accident or theft. You can view the full details of our insurance coverage in our Terms and Conditions.

Our minimum rental period is one day (24 hours). If you need a trailer for a shorter period, the daily rate will still apply.

Each site operates on different trading hours. Please contact us directly to confirm the specific operating times for your chosen location.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit is typically paid by cash or credit/debit card and will be refunded once the trailer is returned in the same condition as it was collected, subject to inspection.

We allow a small grace period, but returns made significantly later than the agreed time will incur an additional day’s rental fee. If you know you’re running late, please call or WhatsApp us as soon as possible to extend your booking.

Absolutely! Our trailers are regularly maintained and safe for long-distance travel across South Africa. If you plan on a cross-border trip (e.g., to Namibia), please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary documentation.

All of our trailers use the standard South African 50mm tow ball. Please ensure your vehicle’s electrical plug is a standard 7-pin type so the trailer lights function correctly.
